Article Processing Charges (APCs)

At Vanchapo Health Science Journal (VHSJ), we aim to provide open access to quality scientific research without any financial barriers for authors during the article submission process. Therefore, we do not charge any fees for submitting your articles to our journal.

However, to support the publication process, we require a nominal fee for articles accepted for publication. VHSJ levies an Article Publication Charge (APC) is FREE for each accepted article.

Reasons for APC

The APC helps cover the costs associated with the editorial workflow, peer-review process, manuscript formatting, language editing, online hosting, and indexing of articles in databases to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility to the scientific community. It also enables us to provide a sustainable publishing model, ensuring the long-term availability of the published content.

Payment Details

Once your article has been accepted for publication, the corresponding author will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the payment of the APC. The payment should be made after receiving the acceptance notification.

Please note that the APC is non-refundable, even in the event of article withdrawal or rejection during the production process.
